"You probably have the worst breath I have ever had the shame to inhale. It smells of poison and rancid meat. The lizard men have better oral hygiene then you, honestly."

Description

A rich and powerfull man. He is well dressed and polite, yet inside he is twisted and evil. Around his eyes, he has bright green veins. His breath also smells of poison. Despite his age, he is very strong and agile.

Bio

He was born and raised by a wealthy family in Tjed. His parents were terribly strict on him. He lived a healthy life, but grew up hating his parents and the kingdom of Tjed. His father himself owned a small county in Tjed. After his father passed away, he took over, as the count. Without permission, he laid down a set of new and terribly strict rules. He acted like he was above the law. Due to his heinous activity, the king took his position, and he was banished from Tjed.

Having nothing left, he joined a group of pirates. The captain of the pirates and him made good friends. The captain taught Vandrin everything he knew in the ways of combat. The captain was skilled in poisonous magic, basic magical levitation and swordplay with katana.

On one of their raids, they found a map, locating a hidden treasure stash. The pirates followed the map, and were able to locate the area where the treasure was buried.

When they found the treasure, the value of all of it was in the millions. Since there was only a few pirates and all being close friends, they decided to split the money, and give up the life of a pirate. Vandrin, realizing how much more money he could have if he had all the treasure, poisoned the drinks when they were celebrating their great find. All the pirates were killed due to the poisoning except for the captain (reason being is that his skill in poison magic was so great, he gained a high resistance to nearly any poison). Vandrin and the captain duelled after the captain figured out what was going on, and the captain was slain. Vandrin then went out on his own. He heard the word that the Kandarinian Sovereignty has been taking over quite a large amount of land at Terian. Perhaps he could buy some land, and continue living his previous life as a tyrant count?

In Chapter 10

“I am your new ruler. You will follow my laws and obey my every command. All who refuse and wish to challenge...step forward...”

He reserved a meeting with Kronos, the Marshal of the Kandarinian Sovereignty, he went Kandarin, and discussed purchasing a plot of land that he has conquered. After the discussion he ventured to his newly bought land, with his hired workers and warriors. When they arrived, apparently the Aspyes were able to reach the settlement first. Vandarin was disgusted and then him and his warriors cleaned the entire county of the rebel scum. After the battle, he then had a meeting to discuss a building a castle and walls around his land. As his workers built the structures he began devising his plan on a special chemical...

Chapter 10-11 Interlude

As his workers build his walls and constructed his castle. He secretly worked in the already built basement of his keep with his chemists working on a mutation chemical, simply called the Secret Chemical. If the project is successful, he should be able to create a variety of mutants.

It's not fully known where he got the formula for such a strange chemical, but the formula was written by a group of advanced alchemists during the era of the Terianian Republic. Eventually he was able to have his mutant army successful, and created over one hundred mutants, which now help guard and enforce law in his county.

However, his workers were able to complete the construction of his walls and his castle. The Vandrin County, now consisting of three cities, serves as a large trade settlement for the Kandarinian Sovereignty and the Dark Empire. Vandrin is now a well-known and respected individual under the eyes of the two allied super powers. Yet he tends to be a target for assassination by the remaining Aspyes.

In Chapter 11

"I want that freak castrated and crucified. Then set in the middle of town hall for everyone to throw rocks at him, then when he dies I want his body parts nailed on the outside walls for every worthless savage freak like him to see!"

Apparently some rebel scum made it into his county and have destroied his barracks. A little ticked off he went to deal with the outlaws himself. He had a mightly duel with a half demon known as Duilin Talonscar, yet in the end he was bested. Duilin then took him hostage, and Vandrin was really ticked off. Soon a group of his mutants rescued him and took him back home. Vandrin then issued a bounty on Duilin Talonscar of Three Million Gold Pieces to the person who brings him back alive. Wanted posters were posted in several towns, outposts and bases in both Kandarin and Terian.

In Chapter 13

"Their feeble dark side is no match for my skills!"

The count received a message from Kronos that Emperor Retan had demanded that all land that the Kandarin and any of their sub factions have on Terian either surrender or be evacuated. Vandrin however refused to comply and planed to attack the fortress of Lizaberg. Later one of his shadow mutants sent him a message saying that the High General Gorus of Lizaberg was sending an attack squad, forcing Vandrin to prepare to build up a defence...

In Chapter 14

"I've lost...everything...it's all...gone..."

The defence wasn't enough and the county was soon almost entirely destroyed by the lizard men army within hours. He sent a letter to Kronos asking for help, who reluctantly sent a squad of KAF troopers. The Sovereign (Kronos' new title) also requested that Vandrin send him at least five living lizard men, and a larger stock of his secret chemical. He was able to get enough lizard men captured, with the aid of a stalker and Roland. Unfortunatly for him, his entire county was in ruins with only him, Roland and a few KAF troops remaining. He was brought to Gros Morne so he could rest. Kronos however was rather angry with him for doing such a poor job. Vandrin promised that he would help upgrade the chemical and do whatever he possibly can to help the sovereignty.

In Chapter 15

"Don't worry, this won't hurt a bit. It will hurt a lot."

Vandrin spent most of the chapter locked up in the Gros Morne labs working on improving the mutation chemical. Near the end of the chapter he was successful in making it work on many different races and could mutate both the living and dead. The mutants were also able to be fully controlled by Kronos, and also had more intelligent combat tactics compared to basic zombie warriors. He also made a very heavy sedative called Grib, which was used to knock out Gorus.

He displayed the mutation process on Xarn transforming him into a super-strong zombie like lizard man. He was able to put up quite a fight against Gorus yet wasn't enough to defeat him. After the Sovereign's Hammer destroyed Retan and a chunk of the city with him, Vandrin went out to explore the ruins. Burried in some of the rubble was a vial of a strange blood red liquid. He pocketed the vial and then went back inside...

Chapter 15-16 Interlude

Vandrin had his county rebuilt once the sovereignty began to claim land on Terian. Vandrin is still assigned to make new sorts of mutation chemicals, and manage the Kandarinian Mutant Army. Vandrin has also done various experiments with the strange blood-red chemical he found after Retan died. Vandrin has gained a slight reputation for dragging in various people to use as guinea pigs for his chemicals.
