Description

Virmir is a Velken. He stands at 4' 10", which is just under average height for his people, though would look quite short and thin compared to most humans. He is covered with a thick pelt of silvery fur, which fades into a deep black at the tips of his ears and end of his tail, and to a white about his chest and pointed muzzle. He wears no armor, just a simple black coat that hangs loosely about his arms and down to his knees and splits at the back end to make room for his bushy fox tail. Like his robe, his pants and leather boots are plain, and one would not take him for a warrior if not for the two swords strapped horizontally across his back. The Wind Serpent in particular, is so long that he must be careful where he walks.

Bio

Virmir hails from Welkin, a dimension of endless sky surrounding a few floating islands. The once beautiful land came under a certain dire predicament his people commonly refer to as The Curse, and as a result were forever bound to Retan as servants of darkness, who in exchange kept Welkin alive. As a High General of the Dark Empire, Virmir commanded a legion of his fellow Velkens and was often called to handle more specialized, insidious tasks.

But with the help of Renard and Duilin, the Velkens were freed from the emperor's grasp, at the unfortunate cost of Welkin however. His people have formed the entirely Velken nation of New Welkin upon the former Crimson Capital and currently resides there, teaching gifted students the more complex venues of their vulpine magic.
