New Welkin

New Welkin is the current home of the Velkens, set upon the floating Crimson Capital. The island has no set location and constantly wanders the oceans. Here they wish to live in peace away from humans, who they fear will not accept them after the atrocities the Dark Empire forced Virmir and his squad to commit.

The tiny nation is governed by a council of elders, and the spiritual leader is Lady Urocy. The population is less than 150, which is the entire Velken race, though they are slowly recovering now that they are free from the poisons that plagued their old home world of Welkin.
