A strange, subterranean world consisting of vast caverns, noxious gasses, and flowing magma. Mizar is inhabited by bipedal lizard men completely subservient to The Dark Emperor Retan. Referred to as The Lower Dark Empire for obvious reasons, it has yet to be made clear whether this vast network of tunnels is part of Gaian itself or some other dimension altogether… Here the minions of Retan build and arm a massive reptilian army.
Prime Minister
The short robed lizard Grav oversees Mizar as it's Prime Minister, and reports the sub-nation's progress directly to Retan.
