The fifth Regiment of KAF. The term "Brutal" refers to the fact that most of the regiment's members are Vanguards. Since the reforms carried out by Kronos, Vanguards are now required to use a melee weapon as well as their standard magic mortar. This Regiment does not have a single Stalker within it.
