Leto the Meteor: An incredibly strong large man, measuring 6 ft tall. He wields a giant double battleaxe, supposedly which only he can lift and use effectively. He calls it the "Greataxe". Leto doesn't have standard armour, rather very large pieces of metal strapped to different parts of his body. His tactics are chop, chop again, chop some more, ask questions later.

Body art: Nightshade symbol just below the neck, on his back
Facial hair: Goatee
Other info: The armour is not really a suit of such, but more like large pieces of thick metal strapped to him. There's one covering his chest, his back, four for the legs, and two for the hands. The armour itself also serves as a powerful capacitor, enabling it to absorb any sort of energy blast. Leto can then channel the captured energy through his axe, allowing it to deal insane amounts of damage.

In chapter 8

Leto assisted the Iron Wing in an attempt to storm the Crimson Capital. After a brief battle with the Shinryuu Elite force, the Capital flew off (literally) and the Iron Wing's objective was obsolete.
