Durruti

Buenaventura Durruti, like a few of Haraldur's other characters is based on a real person. He was a very famous Anarchist revolutionary in Spain, who died in 1936.

Description

He is shorter than average, and stocky. He wears poor but hardwearing clothing, and belts of grenades and bullets. He wears a red and black neckerchief and a red and black forage cap.

Bio

He was born in the Alternan capital to a blacksmith and his wife. When he was 10 his father was dragged away, tortured and killed for revolutionary activities. As a result of this, he refused to join the army at 18, and so spent a year in prison before escaping, with the help of a mysterious stranger with a black and red aura wearing a black bearskin cloak. He was taken to a cave, where Tesla was and where the stranger revealed himself to be Haraldur, the "father" of Anarchism on Gaian. This was three years ago.

Since, he has been a leading revolutionary in Alterna, and has just been released from prison by Tesla, to the sound of revolution outside. He had been put in prison for blowing up the council building in the capital of Alterna.

Flag that Durruti uses in DAL, and the Anarho-Syndicalist flag in RL, though it is mainly used now as a general Anarchist flag.
