Phoenicia is the former land of Romme. It's populace, the Phoenicians, are all resurrected citizen's of Romme with a gem in their foreheads containing sinister powers (though the people are not at all sinister and few actualy know of the signifigance of the gems on their face).

Phoenicia is guided by Indher who resurrected the population. The populace holds great respect for her, her apprentice Elphos and the Red Dragon that resides nearby.

The capital of Phoenicia is Spire City, famous for a tall tower called the Glimmer Spire which is used for experiments of runic magic.

The architecture of Phoenicia is fairly simple - mostly everything is made out of blocks of polished white rock resembling marble.
