The most vicious, but stupid, of all elemental dragons. They usually hide deep within the deapths of the ocean, waiting to spring their attack. Hydro Dragons can only surface for two hours, and are less leathal when fighting out of water. If you ever get caught in the water with a Hydro Dragon... Heh... It's the end for you.
