Description
He is a Jamaican with long black hair and a goatee. He has a big ol' pirate captain hat and all the leather clothes and capes n' stuff that you would expect a pirate to have.
Bio
He is the most Ill-en-ist dude on the seven seas. He is employed by the Crimson Empire to collect "taxes" and of coarse he keeps a fair share in his ship
In Chapter 6
He Suffered a major defeat on a raid at River Town and lost his ship and crew (exept the monkey.). He later woke up in a prison cell and met an old "friend" named Franky. After his monkey assisted escape he killed Franky and took his sword (the jewel incrusted one). He later stroll a ship and sailed it back to the Crimson Continent where he saw it floating. Dulin helped him up on to the floating castle.
In Chapter 7
He did very little. He slightly helped out Ven fighting a giant zombie but retreated back towards the palace. The last that was ever seen of him was that he was talking to a wizard and attempted on making a new crew. It is unknown of what ever happened to him.
