Description

Height: 1.65 meters
Build: slim (but far from anorexic)
Hair: Very dark purple-ish, ends at the bottom of her neck while not going over her ears up front. It is brushed backwards.
Usual Clothing: A complete set of of clothing which matches the color of her hair which includes: long sleeved shirt & pants, light leather boots & gloves as well as socks. All of those also have various violet lines on them, but their purpose (whether decoration or magical enhancement) is unknown. They are made to be light and easy to move in. She also wears a pitch black blindfold under a pure white mask that hides her face completely. Also, a little chameleon sits on her right shoulder. It looks like a stone decoration of her clothing most of the time, but it's very much alive.

Bio

Akiha was a child born into a noble and well-respected family. Her family governed a town, and were quite loved by it's citizens.

Once, her grandfather discovered that black magic is being practiced in the town and demanded from the bearded, dark robed man he caught in act to stop, and warned him that the next time he is caught, he shall be forcefully banished.

Akiha was only 6 years old then, and as she wasn't allowed to play with commoners and since no other children her age were around, she helped her older brother (who was a soldier) practice his swordsmanship, and in the process she learned a few tricks of her own.

3 full years later, the same man was caught burning a local crop field. As the grandfather had already passed away, it was the new head of the family's (Akiha's father) turn to be furious. He decided to immediately banish the man, and sent soldiers to do so. The man, angry about the noble's actions, put a curse on Akiha's family. "Just as I will now withdraw into a hermitage...So will you!" he stated. But Akiha's family refused to do so, and soon the curse begun to actually work. Each and every one of them became full of anger, hatred and bloodlust at the very sight of human flesh, and so the Nanayas ended up killing each other off. Akiha, still only 10, was the only survivor of that bloody night.

She managed to grab her brother's wakizashi and ran off into the wilderness, swearing revenge upon the man.

Four full years later, after living alone in the wilderness, Akiha managed to train herself to go around blindfolded so that she can somehow interact with people without going insane. She made herself some sort of custom knife and developed the basic principle of her fighting style (she was still unable to use it blindfolded, though). She searched for and found the man. She crawled toward him from behind and stabbed him with both of her weapons.

In his dying breath, the man, cursing and stating that Akiha will never return home, sent her into portal to an unknown destination. What he did not know was, however, that Akiha would never willingly return home anyway. It would be just too painful for her.

She has been travelling in search for a solution to her problem ever since.

• Akiha normally speaks with a boyish tone on purpose to deceive others, yet she is unable to hide an accent similar to a light Japanese one.
• Akiha is a natural photomonacer, though she does not realize it yet.
